We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) to bring beach-ready styles straight to your doorstep:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch
🌊 International Customers: Please note that any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bikini Essence swimwear as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, our mermaid team is here to help.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
⚠️ Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, swimwear bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other swimwear (bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, plus-size swimwear, and cover-ups) are eligible for returns.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with the original packaging and completed Return Form (we’ll email this to you)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply)
🌎 International Returns: Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. International refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
