Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

🌊 Important Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other swimwear (bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, plus-size swimwear, and cover-ups) are eligible for returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with the original packaging
  4. Include the completed Return Form (we’ll email this to you)
  5. Ship your return to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • International refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account
